REIKI HEALING SESSION

Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a Japanese based healing modality developed in 1922. This modality is a very gentle and relaxing healing technique that can be done in person or remotely. Laurie, a Reiki Master, will facilitate healing in a loving, gentle way that brings centerdness to the receiver. As a pathway for pure divine light, Laurie will connect to your physical, emotional and spiritual bodies bringing balance and healing where most needed. Your chakras will become aligned as pure light envelops you from your head to your feet. For those who suffer from physical pain, Reiki can be a great way to alleviate or diminish pain in the physical body. In general, every session ends with you feeling more relaxed, balanced, centered and full of light and love. HOW TO PREPARE

• Set your intention. Come to the session ready to receive healing on multiple levels. Prior to the session, set the intention that you will accept and allow healing to take place.
• Wear comfortable clothes. If you are having an in-person session, Laurie invites you to wear comfortable clothing that is not binding or restricting. This will allow you to feel more comfortable during the session and not feel bound or constricted by clothing.
• Find a quiet space. If you are having a remote session, please find a place that is quiet and free from distractions and interruptions. Please do not have the session while driving. Reiki is a powerful modality that will alter your consciousness.
• Be early. Laurie suggests that you are ready 10-15 minutes early for your consultation. This will allow you to settle and focus on the upcoming session.
